By installing and using Nice Wishlist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nice Wishlist is a Shopify application that enables merchants to add wishlist functionality to their online stores, allowing customers to save and organize products for future purchase.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and limits:

• Starter Plan: $7.99/month - Up to 100 wishlists, 1,000 items
• Growth Plan: $14.99/month - Up to 500 wishlists, 500 items, analytics
• Pro Plan: Coming soon - Unlimited features

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify
• Charges will appear on your Shopify bill
• No refunds for partial months of service
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to spam, harass, or abuse others
• Overload or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:

• Collection of store and customer data necessary for App functionality
• Processing of wishlist data to provide analytics and insights
• Storage of data on secure servers
• Data retention practices outlined in our Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nice Wishlist Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nice Wishlist Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Uninstall the App from your Shopify store
• By Us: For violation of these Terms or non-payment
• Effect: Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

9. Support and Maintenance

We provide support and maintenance based on your subscription plan:

• Starter: Email support during business hours
• Growth: Priority support with faster response times
• Pro: Dedicated support (when available)

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
